If you are looking for a realtor that will work hard for you and see the job through all the way to the end, then Wally Berg is the one. My husband and I one day decided we wanted to sell our home in Farmington and purchase a new home, as we had outgrown the home we were living in. We weren't sure about finding a home we really liked and then having to sell ours. Wally explained to us that he could sell our home for us and then we could look for the new home we really wanted. He went to work for us immediately as he knew that we wanted to sell our home quickly to be able to look for our new home. Our home actually sold the first week it was on the market. In the mean time, Wally knew exactly what we were looking for in a home and after only another short time and Wally spending each night up very late searching the MLS, he found the home for us.
The day the offer came in for our home we met Wally at his office in Apple Valley in the evening. By the time we fully accepted the offer on our home and finished the paperwork, Wally was ready to write an offer for us on the home that we wanted to purchase. It was 9:30 in the evening when he was going to start the paperwork. This ended up being another late night for Wally. I believe that he said he was up until at least 2:00 AM or so finishing up the papers and he had a very early morning meeting the next day.
I would have to say that Wally Berg did a terrific job of selling our home and finding our new home. He made it very simple for us as the sellers and as buyers. He went the extra mile and you can really tell that Wally puts his clients before anything else in his life. He will work very hard for you and not stop until every last item is finalized and done.

After meeting Wally Berg at an open house he was hosting, we contacted him in mid-April to help us locate a new home. As we had previously sold our prior home and were renting, time was of the essence.
We met with Wally and told him what we were looking for. He showed us a few homes to get a more detailed idea of our tastes. By the end of the first week, Wally had figured out exactly what was important to us in a home. This was extremely helpful because we knew that we would not waste time looking. Recently, my fiance' and I decided to purchase a townhome. I would like to commend Mr. Wally Berg of the Apple Valley office for the outstanding job he did selling our home a 20978 Huntsville Trail in Lakeville. Although an acceptable offer was made within 3 days, Mr. Berg continued to show the home to prospective buyers. He was tireless in his efforts. He worked all weekends and late at night. Mr Berg had attempted to sell our house previously, during an extemely volatile time in the market, however, we were forced to remove the home from the market after 3 months due to no activity.
